Jean-Baptiste et Ernest

1st generation

The NICOLLET family has been cultivating vines for several generations, from father to son. Documents dating from the end of the 19th century bear witness to the family's winegrowing activities, carried on by Jacques and Odile in their mixed farming operation.

Ernest et Maria

2nd Generation

After the destruction of Alsace's vineyards by Phylloxera in the early 20th century, the two brothers, Jean-Baptiste and Ernest (1897), gradually reconstituted the winegrowing activity within their mixed farming operation. They set up the estate in the late 1940s.

Later, Ernest and his wife Maria specialized in viticulture and began selling bottled wine from the family home in Soultzmatt.

Gérard et Mariette

3rd generation

In 1965, their only son Gérard joined the family business, bringing a new vision to the estate.

Together with his wife Mariette, they began selling quality bottled wines to local customers, and then to national and European customers, creating genuine partnerships.

Marc et Sara

4th generation

Today, the family vineyard is run by their son Marc and his wife Sara, who continue to perpetuate the spirit and tradition inherited from their ancestor.

Together, they are modernizing the estate, bringing a more innovative vision to the family business. They work with passion to create unique, silky wines of elegance and depth, often winning awards in prestigious competitions.
